On the morning of June 21, 2009, ex-Dallas restored streetcar body 754 was delivered by truck to the MATA carbarn. Painted in the old Dallas Railway and Terminal postwar red and cream color scheme, it is a real beauty. There is still work to done to make it fully operable, but it won't be too long before this car with its heritage body, modern upgrades and creature comforts will be whisking passengers up and down the line.
